Lori's Real Estate career started in 1983 with Star Brokers in Spokane.
In 1984 Lori moved back to her home town of San Luis Obispo, California and started working as a loan processor and later purchased the company. Operating it for 8 years.
In 1989 Lori opened Empire Realty in the San Luis Obispo area operating it until 1992 when she moved back to Spokane.
She assisted in opening the First Windermere Property Management Company in Spokane.
In 1994 opened Elite Properties, LLC, focusing on property management. Managing over 200 properties at its largest, and then selling the company in 2006.
Moved to the Lake Roosevelt area with her family Jim and Aleene Phillips. They purchased Two Rivers Ranch consisting of 83 acres and subdividing the property into five acre parcels.
As the Owner and Broker of Two Rivers Realty, LLC, Lori is committed to providing the Lake Roosevelt area with professional real estate services. We want you to be our clients for life.

Ken Sweeney, Born in Tacoma Washington August 1946, Graduated Wilson HS Tacoma 1964, USNR Two years active duty, Viet Nam 1965, Destroyer 1967. 1972 Associates Degree in bussiness & economics Tacoma Community College night school, 30 years with Pacific Northwest Bell & US West 1967 to 1997
Owned my own consulting firm consulting in infrastructure design and placement for three years.
5 years experience in realestate sales and listings of recreational, homes, and farm ground in and around Lincoln, Stevens, Ferry, and some Spokane and Grant counties. Also some property Management expreience as well as commercial properties.
My wife Bunnie and I built our own home on the Deer Meadows Golf Course in 2003. I love what I do and am looking forward to the future with great enthusaium.
